"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box arrived looking a little dented, but the bottles inside were fine and nothing leaked. It wasn’t a big issue overall, but I did expect the packaging to be sturdier. I also would’ve appreciated clearer instructions or info about how it was supposed to be handled during shipping

"and the shipping took forever"
i thought ordering from unclematts.com would be quick, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely changed, so I was just waiting around wondering when it would actually show up. The product was fine once it finally arrived, but the slow shipping was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d order online again.

"Confusing emails and not much benefit"
I didn’t notice any real health benefits from this. It just felt like I paid extra for regular juice. Also, I was a bit confused because the email I got seemed to say something different than what I expected, so that didn’t really help the experience.

"Pretty easy to order, right?"
Ordering was straightforward and the site was easy enough to figure out. A couple of the pages did load a little slow for me, though, not sure if that was just on my end or if anyone else noticed it too?

"Weird sour taste"
I really didn’t like the flavor. It had this weird sour taste that was off-putting (not what I was expecting at all). I tried to give it a chance, but it just wasn’t good

"Nice organic pick, just a little pricey"
I grabbed Uncle Matt’s mainly because it’s certified organic, that was a big reason I wanted to try it. The taste is good too, like, I was expecting it to be decent, but it actually surprised me a bit. My only thing is the price feels kind of high, and then sometimes I go to buy it and, of course, it’s not in stock near me. So yeah, I like it, just wish it was easier to find and a little cheaper.

"Good choices, just wish there were a few more"
Ive been happy with the drink selection on unclematts.com. Theyve got the regular orange juice options, but also lemonades and some kid-friendly stuff, so it doesnt feel like youre just clicking through the same few things every time.
Im giving it 4 stars because I do wish there were a few more flavors or maybe some bundle options to mix things up. Still, its a solid variety overall and I’d definitely order again.

"Delivery Landed Right on Schedule"
I’ve ordered from Uncle Matt's Organic a few times now, the delivery has been shockingly dependable. The box showed up exactly when they said it would, like some kind of perfectly timed miracle, and nothing was leaking, crushed, or in chaos.

I love not having to sit there wondering if my cold stuff is going to be stranded in delivery limbo. The whole process has been simple, smooth, and drama-free in the best way, so I’ll definitely keep ordering.

"Customer service added more stress than expected"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it ended up being more stressful than I thought it would be. It took longer than expected to get a response, and I had to follow up before anyone got back to me. Once they finally replied, they were polite and did fix the issue, so I can’t say it was awful. But it definitely wasn’t a smooth process, and the extra waiting around made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Average overall

"Too pricey for what you actually get"
I really wanted to like this because the idea of a better-quality juice sounds great, but the price just feels too high for what it is. The bottles go fast in my house, and when I think about what I’m paying, it feels like most of it is just for the name. I also felt kind of brushed off, like the cost is just supposed to be accepted because it’s marketed as premium. For me, it’s hard to justify buying again

"Not as fresh as I hoped"
I ordered from unclematts.com, the juice just didn’t taste very fresh. It had that slightly old flavor, which was disappointing, especially since the date was already close. For the price, I expected better. Polite as I can be, I don’t think I’ll be ordering this again.

"Good juice with the right amount of pulp"
I’ve been drinking this with breakfast lately, usually when I’m rushing around in the morning trying to get everyone out the door, and I really like it. The pulp level is just right for me, not so much that it feels chunky, but not watery like some juices can be. It tastes fresh too. I took off one star just because the price feels a little high, but overall it’s a good juice.

"Way too sugary for my liking"
I really wanted to be into Uncle Matt's, but once I actually looked at the nutrition label, eh, kind of killed it for me. The juice itself tastes good, no problem there, but the sugar is high, and I just can’t see myself drinking that all the time. Not trying to be dramatic, it’s just a lot of sugar for a regular drink. I’d be way more interested if they had some lower sugar options.

"Clean ingredients, but a bit pricey"
The ingredients seem clean, which I appreciate. It’s nice when a product feels like it’s made with some basic care and not just the cheapest stuff possible. That said, it is a little pricey, so I’d probably only buy it when it fits the budget

"I do trust Uncle Matt's for the..."
I do trust Uncle Matt's for the most part, but I wish they were a little clearer about prices and delivery details upfront. The order was okay overall, but the timing was frustrating. It showed up when it was least convenient, which kind of took away from the whole experience
